QUALITY PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

We started out in Newmarket as a small renovation company in 1984. A few years later we recognized the need for a specialty hardwood-flooring store in the Newmarket/Aurora area and Rowan Hardwood Floors was born.

In 2002, after growing both of our contractor and residential base, we expanded to our current location with over 3000 sq. ft. of showroom space. Our selection grew as did our reputation for product knowledge and experienced installers.

Now with almost 30 years serving the region our most valuable asset is our repeat customers and contractors. We wish to continue for another 30 years. We invite you to join the family; the “Rowan” Family Tree!

INSTALLATION

SKILLED INSTALLERS
Our installation service offers skilled installers fully covered by WSIB and insured. All installations are completed using the NWFA hardwood flooring guidelines to ensure the longevity of your floors. We offer a full range of installation methods including nail down, floating and glue down.

HARDWOOD REFACING

MAKE IT LOOK NEW AGAIN
Rejuvenate tired/ worn existing hardwood floors or stairs back to like new condition with our hardwood refinishing service. Our water based system of finishing decreases dry times and offensive fumes.

STAIR REFACING

UPGRADE YOUR STAIRS
Reface your existing carpeted staircase with solid hardwood stair caps, prefinished by hand in advance to save downtime and the need for in-home finishing. Many upgrades to choose from including modern posts, new handrail, metal pickets and more.

LEVELLING

FOR PROPER INSTALLATION
Flattening of both concrete and wood sub-floors is often an item that gets overlooked. Levelling is a service we provide to ensure a proper installation and fulfill warranty obligations.
